Add name filter to edit easily

I think we should have a button that lets the LLM extract all character names, locations, etc., from a specific number of chapters. Then, it would generate a two-column list: the original names and the translated names. We could edit the translated names so the LLM translates them exactly how we want. This would be much more convenient than waiting for the translation to finish and then tweaking the custom instructions. The feature could even be expanded to translate any selected phrase according to our preferences

Hi, this exact feature shipped today. The new Glossary system does what you described:

• Auto-extract button: drop your file (.txt, .epub, .srt, .docx), the LLM scans evenly-spaced excerpts and proposes a list of recurring entities (characters, locations, organizations, items).
• Two-column editable table: original term on the left, proposed translation on the right, with a category dropdown. You review, edit, uncheck noise, then click Add selected.
• Applied during translation: the glossary block is injected into the system prompt only for chunks where a term actually appears, so names stay consistent across the whole book without bloating every prompt.
• Works in both the Web UI (full CRUD, import/export JSON/CSV) and the CLI via --glossary file.json.
• Inflected languages (Russian, German, Polish...) are handled with the | alternatives syntax: Москва|Москве|Москвы|Москвой matches all forms.
