The failing test assumes two warnings will be raised, but there are five raised. I believe all additional warnings come from yesterday's release of diffpy.structure 3.4.0, where they renamed a bunch of methods and deprecated the old names. I'll start by fixing this in orix: pyxem/orix#643.
