Allow Hyprpaper (or its wallpaper) to be passed to Hyprlock

It would be great for Hyprlock to be able to always match the current wallpaper (which may be changed using a dispatcher).

Is passing a layer/raising hyprpaper's layer to overlay a simple solution? I can't find any way to extract hyprpaper's current wallpaper via IPC.
