measurement_datetime has wrong date

measurement.measurement_datetime always has the date of 1900-01-01
NOTE; The measurement.measurement_date field seems to contain the correct date, and the time part of the datetime field also seems to be correct.

Can you tell what kind of measurement this is? Is it a vital sign? There are four different places we import into measurement, and knowing would make debugging easier.
