New release 2026 ?

Thanks for making this library, it is very useful for a vast variety of c++ projects.
I was wondering, is there a new release planned ? The last one is from 2023.

Do you have any ideas of what needs to be changed or added to the library for the new release?

We can edit the cmake file for example, to make it easier for fetchContent:
make tests OFF by default, ON if PROJECT_IS_TOP_LEVEL.

Same for the install part.

(In this branch I renamed the library to random::random, so I can remember it more easily)
