[FR]: Expand Vertical tabs on hover when collapsed

Description

when the vertical tabs is collapsed you could hover your mouse to the vertical tabs and it would expand and show the tab titles

The problem

don't get me wrong the vertical tabs is great but there are some people who wants the maximum space for opening a page and while the collapsed version is good it's kinda hard the differentiate which page is opened in the same website (for example 2 google tabs that goes to a different search result)

Possible solutions

having an option to expand the vertical tab when you hover your mouse on it would definitely fixed this problem

I am not sure, it's a good idea to just expand the vertical tabstrip on hover, it's gonna shift the whole layout and if the page is long it's probably get recomputed, i think having vertical tabstrip expand on hover over the page is a better idea, but i am not sure how hard the implementation for that would be.

@OlshaMB right, there's no need to recompute the layout: it's totally fine having it cover the page contents, because the tab drawer is where your attention is, and all it takes to see the contents again is to move your mouse back to the page.

I've written a similar version for Firefox that I've used for years; then I had collapsible vertical tabs in Zen like that; and as far as I remember, that's also how Edge implemented this.

Definitely, i should be more clearer that when the tab bar expand its should be hovering above the page an not resize the page
