add darwin core mapping to Xenopus management flow & publish on gbif

update_xenopus_laevis_management.Rmd does the heavy lifting concerning data cleaning and mapping and can function as a base to do the darwin core mapping on. Mainly the events and catch_data dataframes can function as a base for the darwin core mapping.

The darwin core mapping scripts¹ for Lithobates can function as examples for the darwin core mapping.
@damianooldoni can you help us with automating the gbif publication via the IPT ?
