If I recall correctly, I faced something similar at the initial development stages of pychimera (which led to overwriting sys.executable at the injection stage), but this is occurring again if subalign is used when pychimera --gui has already managed to run :/

First, let's try to reproduce the error in the VM, and then we'll see (I really hope is an installation issue).

Steps:

1. Draw any molecule on TalaDraw
2. Type a command using subalign
3. Load the Smiles
