Processing OpenEphys Data for Use with the GUI #137
Description
I'm interested in using the AtlasElectrophysiology GUI to align data collected using OpenEphys (with a 4-shank NP2 probe). However, I’m unclear on how to reformat my raw electrophysiological data into the format required for the GUI. The extract_data function mentioned in the wiki only appears to work for spikeglx outputs for a 1-shank NP1 probe. Does this tool support data collected using OpenEhys for mulit-shank probes? If so, could you provide sample code for converting the data into the correct format for the GUI? Thanks!
