Context

Sprint-001 ("Core Features") has two incomplete issues:

• Connector: storyboard2canvas - Import atari-style storyboards as visual canvas #59: Connector: storyboard2canvas - Import atari-style storyboards
• Feature: Basic file/process association with popup output #19: Feature: Basic file/process association with popup output

These have been open since November 2025. Before moving to Sprint-002 connector work, we should either:

1. Complete Sprint-001 - finish Connector: storyboard2canvas - Import atari-style storyboards as visual canvas #59 and Feature: Basic file/process association with popup output #19
2. Descope - move them to backlog if lower priority than new core features
3. Redefine - merge into other work if scope changed

Recommendation

Given the new core issues (#79 text editing, #80 connections, #81 undo/redo), consider:

1. Close or descope Connector: storyboard2canvas - Import atari-style storyboards as visual canvas #59 - storyboard2canvas is cross-project integration, lower priority than core UX
2. Evaluate Feature: Basic file/process association with popup output #19 - file/process popup may be partially addressed by :file command (File viewer: display file contents in focus mode #55, closed)
3. Relabel Sprint-001 - update to reflect actual core priorities

• Review Connector: storyboard2canvas - Import atari-style storyboards as visual canvas #59 scope - still needed?
• Review Feature: Basic file/process association with popup output #19 scope - partially complete?
• Update sprint labels to reflect current priorities
