is it possible to run XP on the 95 Machine because i have downloaded all the floppys for it yet it fails to read

It is not possible to run Windows XP on PCjs since the latest CPU it emulates is an i386, while Windows XP needs at the bare minimum a 486 with modifications, or a pentium (i586) without modifications. Also, you are trying to load a self-extracting EXE as disk image, which PCjs doesn't support. Try using https://extract.me/ to extract the images.
