[Feature] Support for Custom Font and One More Request

Really love using your RSS Reader as it is the only one which I have found on Android to be bug free and useful for me.

There are two request that I have which I found while using the app.

1. The first one is support for Custom Font both on App Interface as well as Reader Interface as that would make customizing and making the app feel comfortable
2. The second one is also cosmetic. When all articles have been read, there is a long scroll towards bottom which says "All Caught Up". Instead of the scroll why not make an icon pop up like when you swipe up on reader mode that marks all article as read.

I'm still open to the idea custom fonts, though it's not a priority at this point.

As for "swipe up on reader mode that marks all article as read," would this be instead of the "mark read on scroll," or in addition to it?

As for the second request, that gesture would be for the last few articles to mark them as read on scroll but I think that will be redundant as we also have the fab

What could happen is that you can add the capybara icon above the "All caught up!" for more polish
