Object Metadata isn't being applied

I'm currently using 3.3.0, with the following params applied to the bucket/sync def:

      params:
        - "**/images/*":
          "Content-Type": "image/jpeg"
          # "ContentType": "image/jpeg"

I tried both hyphenated and not, both don't work.
