How do you build this system?

looking to build libtinycdn so I can build simple-content-host, but the procedure is not apparent from the README or from the structure of this repo. Add an INSTALL.org file?

I will get to this after the rearchitecture — simple-content-host is only compatible with the old version of tinyCDN, and I have no intention of supporting that old codebase which is restricted to a single node. However, I do intend to update simple-content-host to operate as a Client node for TinyCDN.
