Please Release a New Version

The latest version published is old: https://pypi.org/project/genanki/. Can we release a new version?

I was curious about what changes might be missing from this repo versus pypi's files, so here is info for others:

• 2 small(?) changes in note.py and package.py from head to published version: v1.13.1...main#diff-16acd2fede4da263f737055b80c4eb9d76f79349b34d07717a19dfe02fc9f990
  • many other changes, but to various tests and other files that are outside of published files
  • I didn't look too long, but I didn't see any clear comments/indications that these changes were ready for release
• and it looks like the tag here just has a typo versus PyPI (see tag name here of v1.13.1 vs PyPI's v0.13.1)
  • see tag comparison: v0.13.0...v1.13.1
  • I checked and there are no differences between genanki installed in one of my venvs and the genanki directory from https://github.com/kerrickstaley/genanki/tree/v1.13.1
