verifyPayment is crashing on new payment object.

When user purchases a course successfully they can watch that course in enrolled courses.
But API endpoint
https://studynotion-oylf.onrender.com/api/v1/payment/verifyPayment" throws error because of new data format.

Hi! I can debug the new payment object shape and patch verifyPayment so successful course purchases stop crashing while preserving enrolled-course behavior. $5 after PR acceptance via PayPal/Cash App. If you're open to that micro-fix, reply and I'll make the PR today.
