[CMS] Configure all CMS collections in CMS prod DB

List of collections has been defined in openzim/cms#130

Waiting for input from #543 regarding exact folders location.

Once we have all that, then we need to move forward and populate CMS DB with all collections (instead of only Kiwix one ATM), populate DB a first time with existing books (so that we have "not too wrong" test data for library generation) and perform a first comparison of library.xml content
