The target is to deliver a webinar every other week when no ongoing courses in place to boost Kottans public visibility, promote channels and gain new participants.

How to:

• collect topics from kottans
• ask audience via Kottans' and Kottans partners' channels to rate 3-5 topics
• choose a topic to deliver a webinar on
• finalize topic and deliver it

The delivery itself is accompanied by a moderator who supports a speaker (intro, outro, feedback collection etc)

Do you think it will take only 2 weeks to prepare a talk or do you think about trying to pile up multiple talks so people will have more than 2 week to prepare?

The latter.
Expectation is that 1 or 2 of the topics are less sir more in beta state (e.g. love coding requires less preps) so that remaining 3 or 4 have some spare time to get prepared. Of course, if they (or any) are meeting demand
