Background logging of ESPHome to file

Hi there,
for trobleshooting reasons I wanted to be able to log the Output of the ESP to a local file, without having to sit in front of my computer and have ESPHome dashboard open all the time. I therefore created an Add-on, which allows me to write local logs in the background.
