Show OpenStack Load Balancer Classes #7946

@judge-red

Description

@judge-red

What is the problem, where is it and why is it an issue?

Thanks to #7646, load balancer classes can now be configured in the OS CCM. But afterwards, these become invisible to the end user. So when the end user creates a load balancer and wants to use the load balancer class they set up, one question is invariably: "wait, what name did I give it?!" And if something doesn't work as desired, the follow up question is "uh, did I configure the correct network/subnet/... ?"

Suggest how to fix it, if possible

The load balancer classes configured in a UC should be shown with all detail.
