[Bug]: Import cluster through quick connect doesn't work

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate.

Current Behavior

When attempting to import a cluster using the quick connect feature, the import process fails to complete successfully. The operation gets stuck with logs showing the message "Waiting for managed cluster to be created" indefinitely. After 5 minutes, the operation times out without successfully importing the cluster.

Expected Behavior

The cluster import process using quick connect should complete successfully within a reasonable timeframe. The managed cluster should be created and registered properly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to managed cluster tab
2. Click on Import Cluster
3. Select quick connect.
4. Choose the cluster to be imported
5. Click on Onboard Cluster
