[Bug]: Modal Layer Not Closing Properly When Opening Change Password

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate.

Current Behavior

•When clicking on Change Password, the modal opens.
•However, the previous dropdown/menu layer does not close.
•Both layers remain visible, causing UI overlap.

Expected Behavior

•When clicking on Change Password, the account dropdown/menu should close automatically.
•Only the Change Password modal should remain visible.
•The UI should display a single active layer without overlap.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the Account icon in the top-right corner.
2. Click on Change Password.
3. Notice that the Change Password modal opens, but the account dropdown does not close, causing UI overlap.
