Proposal for indexing semantic web content into CER #85
Description
@mizurnix and I have developed the following proposal for making CER/MR more compatible with the open semantic web per @stuartasutton. It should make it easier for some publishers to share their metadata via their website, while still making it quite easy for CER to accumulate that metadata.
