Update Section 7 to reflect the structure of v2.0.0 of the BRs

The Profiles ballot (SC-062, enacted as BRs v2.0.0) completely overhauled Section 7: Profiles of the BRs. We should update our CPS to mirror this new structure.

In general, the new structure consists of a series of tables, each of which has columns for:

• a specific certificate field, extension, or enum value
• when that item MUST/MUST NOT/etc be present
• other metadata such as whether it should be marked critical

I propose that ours take the form of tables with the exact same titles, only the subset of rows which appear in our certificates (i.e. exclude rows which do not appear), and only one column indicating what values that item takes in our certificates.

When we do this, we should make sure that we include allowing the CRLDP URL in our Subscriber certs.
