Dense Summary / Paper Analysis Contents

Hey everyone,

I am playing around with this awesome project for research but I struggle with the default transformations.
Upfront, I am using a local Ollama installation with gemma3 for transformations and chat and mxbai-embed-large for embeddings.

When creating the key insight transformation, everything seems to work fine.
With Dense Summary and Paper Analysis however, I mostly get sentences like "This is a fantastic and comprehensive Master's thesis summary! It's detailed, well-organized, and clearly explains the project's goals, methods, results, and limitations." or "The use of headings and logical flow makes it easy to follow the key points." It seems to focus more on the structure of the source and how to improve it than on the actual content.
Have you every seen this behavior and by any chance solved it already? Or am I understanding the transformations wrong?

Gemma 3 man.. it gets me nuts, sometimes. you can try playing with the prompt. I would use qwen3 if possible.

Hey, thanks for the super fast answer. Yes, qwen3 seems to work way better, however sometimes it tends to give its answers in Chinese. Is there a way to delete insights again?
