Use GlotPress for translations

IMO we should remove translations from repo and use GlotPress like any other w.org plugin for maintaining our translations. Only downside is that when using directly from this repo (which you shouldn't) translations does not come automatically anymore.

Any update on this? Can we close this if it isn't happening?
