How to Restore?

Hi
I am a newbe runinng Docker Desktop under WSL on a Win11 machine
I use Repiqate to backup my databases to an external drive (my NAS)
I have a problem with a docker continer and need to restore the databases
I cannot find the restore process in the documentation
Can you please help (and provide an example)?

Repliqate uses Restic under the hood. The documentation is here: https://restic.readthedocs.io/en/latest/050_restore.html

It should be somewhat self explainatory, if not, let me know. I really should update the docs for restoration.

My issue is that on my NAS the backup files have the following format (see attached)

• repliqate

  • dockerfile 1
    • volumes
      • database
        • data
          • 01
          • 02
          • 03

  and I don't know/understand how use these files to restore into an existing docker file "dockerfile1"
