[Bug]: Fix flaky tests representation

What happened?

The numbers displayed in Flaky Test Overview page are wrong. We should expect around 20,000 test cases in total (10,000 for server tests + 10,000 for client tests)

• Count and display flaky tests by unique identifiers
• Investigate and fix inconsistencies in test parsing logic
• Base calculations on latest develop branch data
• Hide flaky tests tab if data remains unreliable
