[Bug]: 403 errors when login token expired

What happened?

Page was open for a while, logged out in the background, but now I am prompted with 403 over and over again instead of being logged out silently in the background.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Helios page
2. Leave it open
3. revisit it after some hours (whenever the login token expires)
4. See that Helios keeps prompting you with 403s

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
