Pretty printing/formatting for `print`

Maybe we should consider adding a formatter for outputting tables from the print functions for ease of debugging/display of information

mvp is presumably a plain formatter for tables, but rainbow parens for the braces would be a nice addition as well for deeply nested tables

If you print a table to the console, you are going to want to be able to configure such things as how many levels of nesting are shown and/or to use colors, etc. Maybe also a limit to the number of members printed. Imagine using this on React state for example.

This would also be nice for error, for use with result types that are tables although I don't think that's doable currently?
