Cannot get ios prompt for 2FA code when logging in

What happened?

After I input the login command with my email and password I get "INF enter 2FA code:" which I don't know how to trigger. Usually when signing into a service such as Sideloadly you'd get a prompt from your device.

2.3.0 windows amd 64

same, author should add a 2FA receive option, like phone number or other apple device. @majd
