Mobile window for modals

I do not know exactly what this component is called, but it is very common in mobile versions of applications. This is a window that can be pulled out and collapsed with simple swipes (see video as example). I think this is a very necessary feature. Given that most of the traffic passes through mobile devices, the focus on such components will be a great advantage for the entire library.

yep, like this. With support for 3 levels: maximized, half and minimized.
