The page is protected by Cloudflare (sadly). So maybe it is possible to resolve this by playing with HTTP headers but in most cases it is impossible.
Sounds stupid but the best way is to contact the site admin and ask him to remove the cloudflare protection from the feed URL (for such URLs there should be no any protections at all).
