[BUG]: [Database import] Same feeds in different directories (v4) are only migrated to one directory (v5) #2155

Brief description of the issue
I migrated my database from v4 to v5. I had the same feeds in directory "A" and "B". Only on directory got the feeds while the other did not.
How to reproduce the bug?
- Have the same feed (same URL) in directory "A" and "B".
- Import v4 database to v5 database.
What was the expected result?
Have the feeds in both directories like before.
What actually happened?
Only on directory got the feeds while the other did not.
