[Feature Request] Add reaction as trigger

So this is not a bug but a feature request.

It would be nice if you could react to a dice roll to trigger the same roll again.

So a message from the dicebot get's reacted to -> throw the same dice config again for the user who reacted.

This sould make it really easy to repeat a dice roll in games where the same dice are usually rolled.
