Sort use statements inside class

In theory, this would sort trait use statements as well, but it does not handle traits with docblocks (generic traits are a thing).

I thought about adding slevomat/coding-standard@master/doc/classes.md#slevomatcodingstandardclassestraituseorder- and maybe slevomat/coding-standard@master/doc/classes.md#slevomatcodingstandardclassestraitusespacing- but those have also issues with docblocks on traits.

@mmoll can you share what type of issues currently exists with docblocks on traits with the slevomat sniffs? One or more code snippets would help me to understand the issue.

It produces results like this:

I think we need to get the sniffs fixed in Slevomat, I just haven't gotten around to opening an issues/pull request.

slevomat/coding-standard#1841 is open.

Before I forget it: I think we currently have PSR12.Traits.UseDeclaration in the project, that directly collides with SlevomatCodingStandard.Classes.TraitUseOrder, so it will have to be removed, when the slevomat-sniffs are added.
