[Feature Request] Add month name header to MonthCalendar

Add current month name on top of MonthCalendar view.

Hi, you can easily add it by yourself in your layout. Just put you TextView or whatever you want and use current date (or your selected date) as initial. To switch between months you can use setOnMonthChangeListener to detect month changing and update your title. Another option - you can use ExtendedMonthCalendar please refer to ExtendedCalendarActivity for example. Isn't it enough?

its good if it is part of MonthCalendar View instead of adding it in activity.

The main idea was to exclude such excess views, due to often different layouting on different device types. For now you can write your own wrap view, if you don't want to put month title in activity content layout, but for nearest future I'll add it, I think it make sense.
