Help with DIY RpiPico + DX-LR30

I'm doing a DIY setup with a Raspberry Pi Pico and a DX-LR30 (SX1262) module that's recognized by firmware 2.7.16. The problem is that it's detecting all sorts of modules that aren't physically connected to the device. Any suggestions? Note: I have the RX and TX pins connected to pins 4 and 5 of the Pico.
