I followed the instructions listed on the npm download and receive the error listed above. I'm not able to use it and I wasn't able to find a solution online.
I was able to get around it by linking the script source to the https://cdnjs.com url instead of vanilla-tilt.js, but can't get it to work without a connection to the internet
