AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'problem'

Hi,

I encountered a similar error discussed here: https://forum.qiime2.org/t/q2-micom-grow-pluggin-error-nonetype-object-has-no-attribute-problem/17655. I updated GUROBI and checked system requirements but everything seemed okay.

Hi,

Yep, unfortunately Gurobi is currently broken in optlang (micom-dev/micom#24) and this propagates to MICOM. We can hopefully fix that soon. This problem won't occur with CPLEX so if you have access to this solver this would be a workaround.
