Can't see all key bindings (or indication that there _are_ many keybindings) for actions in new editor

Steps to reproduce

run canary build terminal-1.25.3451.0-terminal-1.25.10341.0 (default config)
goto settings
actions
i cant unbind Shift+Ins as Paste (Yep, Shift+Ins make Paste) visually

i can unbind only manually if edit settings.json
add:

Expected Behavior

latest good canary build terminal-1.25.3411.0
i can unbind Shift+Ins as Paste visually

Actual Behavior

config json as same in both version good and bad

ps. PROBABLY problem with many keys, not only with shift+ins.

Okay, if you click on "Paste ...... [ctrl+v]" you can access an editor for every key binding for Paste. You can delete the bindings from there.

We are changing the Actions page to be more action-oriented rather than key-oriented... so now key bindings are a subsection of each action. 🤔

We should probably display this better.

first settings.json created ~2 year ago and i always update Canary build without clear settings.json

Yes. The new logic should show one record for all "Paste" actions. We will make sure the UI displays how many key bindings there are.
