Question: How can I escape " in the log file?

Is there a syntax I can use that will get Gallery-dL to replace " with ' in any text that it outputs to the logfile?

Context

I have configured the output.logfile.format option in config.json to save messages in a comma-separated (CSV) format. This works for 99%+ of messages, however if Gallery-DL writes an error dump / stack traceback to the logfile this has double-quote (") characters in it, which then breaks the CSV format.
