before update - fistime affter reboot 2 time - phone can't not to connect, reboot 3 time sever crash loop reboot!

How can I reproduce the problem?

1. df -h and df -i on a running system (or from the rescue console)
2. /storage/usbdisk1/mikopbx/log/system/messages — the last 200 lines
3. dmesg | tail -100 — kernel OOM / panic

just setup old version, setup working good on vmware 19, and update!
