Currency validation enhancements in multiwidget

• Use better msgs Fixes for single currency form, templatetags and tests refactoring #78 (comment)
• Write test scenario:
  • Form has fixed currency
  • Before form submission database changes and don't allow this currency
  • Check if proper message is displayed to user
