Lift the build tag from client-side OAuth implementation

Currently, the client-side OAuth implementation is available under the `mcp_go_client_auth` build tag to provide an escape hatch if any backwards incompatible changes will still need to be introduced.

We have committed to remove this build tag in `v1.5.0` and client-side OAuth functionality will be compiled by default.
