eSignet: Validate KBI Authentication with Sunbird RC Plugin

Purpose

Validate end-to-end KBI authentication using the MOSIP ID plugin through the new eSignet frontend application integrated with the new eSignet backend package.

Acceptance Criteria

• KBI authentication option is displayed in the UI.
• User can successfully authenticate using KBI via MOSIP ID.
• OIDC flow completes successfully.
• Behavior matches eSignet 1.8.0 functionality.
• Any issues identified are logged as separate bugs.
• New eSignet frontend application is integrated with the new eSignet backend package.
• User is able to select the designated authentication factor from the UI.
• Authentication request is processed through the respective identity plugin.
• OIDC authorization flow completes successfully.
• Authentication outcome is consistent with behavior available in eSignet 1.8.0.
• User is redirected back to the relying party/application with successful authentication.
• No backend or frontend errors are observed during the authentication journey.
• Any functional gap or defect identified during validation shall be tracked as a separate bug.

Out of Scope

UI/UX improvements, styling issues, layout inconsistencies, or visual defects in the new eSignet frontend application.

As per discussion with @zesu22 @anushasunkada , we are checking the authentication with MOSIP ID plugin in Collab Env.
Collab env does not have password and KBI as auth factor configured. So we will be taking this later.
