ZLIB & PNG are found... then not found...

Compiling v4.1.1 on Rocky Linux 9.2 freshly patched & booted. A fresh clone of the repository produces similar errors.

Only requisites installed are YASM and LibPNG.

This happens for me every time, no matter what I do since this commit on alpine inside Docker from @kornelski : 0826579

With the previous commit 9b8d11f building works fine including cmake -G "Unix Makefiles" -DENABLE_STATIC=FALSE.
