Run Docker build to update PHP version

Hi all,

is it possible to just re-run the Docker build process of ghcr.io/mriedmann/humhub-phponly:1.16.2 so that PHP version is bumped to 8.2.26 to mitigate some CVEs, e.g. https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2024-8929?

Not as easy as suspected. I tried a full 8.3 update but tests are failing now. Thx for pointing out the CVEs. Will try to stabilize and "fresh-up" the dependencies in the upcoming weeks. If anyone wants to help with debugging, the PR is #369
