LaTeX error

Since a texlive update, I get:

Error producing PDF.
! Use of \??? doesn't match its definition.
<argument> \???
                 ! LaTeX Error: Missing number before '*'.
l.128 \end{spreadtab}

Removing \STautoround*{2} works, but then I don't have decimals.

The spreadtab docs mention this snippet as an alternative, but that resulted in a different error for me:

\def\STprintnum#1{\num[round-mode = places,
    round-precision = 6,
    drop-zero-decimal=true,
    output-decimal-marker = {,}]{#1}%
}

Note: if this somehow worked, you'd still need to find the correct options to get the previous behavior.
