For New Address on Checkout Custom Attribute is not saved.

Tested in CE Magento 2.4.6-p1 with core Magento and this extension code.
Steps to replicate the issue.

1. Add a product to cart as login customer and goto checkout
2. On checkout click on New Address
3. Fill the Address with Nearest Landmark
4. Click on billing and shipping address checkbox at billing address step
5. Place the order
6. Login into admin goto All customers >> Customer Edit(The frontend on customer which we place order)
7. Under Addresses Tab click on Edit on new added address. (The Nearest Landmark is empty) (Issue No 1)
8. Also Nearest landmark field does not appear under My account >> Address Book. (While add/edit address) (Issue No 2)

Note: Nearest landmark is successfully save with order placed and can be verify by edit address under All orders under admin panel.
